All sales are final on the website, there are no refunds. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will only provide exchanges for sizing, not change of mind on an item, so exchanges are only accepted to change sizes for the same item. You will have to send the items back to us at your cost with a delivery tracker.
