What we can offer.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 14 days of receiving your order, we will offer a full refund or free repair. After 14 days, refunds will no longer be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept size exchanges only. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. If your preferred size is unavailable, store credit will be issued to the value of your purchase. Change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Sale items and limited releases may be ineligible for exchange unless faulty
Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our products. Repairs are free of charge within 14 days of purchase. After this period, repairs are available for a $40 fee.
VOL.2 reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund that does not meet the above requirements.
